CCP Self Directed Services is a Fiscal Support Entity for individuals using Consumer Directed Services (CDS), Personal Supports, Consumer Support Grant, and other self directed services.  We offer a range of options to help you manage your services and monitor your budget so that you can focus on your services.

Using a self directed service means you are in control and that you make your own choices.  CCP will be your partner in managing the payments, helping you with employment, and providing you with up-to-date information on spending.
