The primary purpose of this position is to work directly with consumers in the implementation of the written Individual Support Plans as they relate to their employment needs, document response to program services, and ensure the safety and well-being of the consumers. The position is responsible to the Operations Manager, Operations Director, and/or Executive Director.

Essential Duties: Active Treatment Services, assist with consumer employment related goals as needed, (this may involve implementing on-the-job training and supervision to the consumers), Communication (with consumers, supervisors, other team members, and other members of the consumer's team), and maintaining licensing standards.

Qualifications: Related direct care experience is preferred, but not required.
