For over thirty years, CCP (The Cooperating Community Programs)
has been working with people with disabilities to create satisfying
lifestyles. We realize each person has different needs which is why we
have a variety of support services in the areas of home based, vocational, self directed and case management support. Whether it is finding a place to
call home, learning to live more independently, or gaining new job
skills, CCP can help. At CCP we respect and celebrate the diversity and
